Victor James Zammit has a B.A. in Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Education, M.A. in Legal History and Constitutional Law, Bachelor of Laws degree, and Ph.D. in law. He is a retired attorney (solicitor/barrister) of the Supreme Court of the New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Victor was initially suspicious of the New Age Movement for what appeared to be its blatant commercial exploitation of people’s basic instinctual tendency for spiritual development. However after many years as an open-minded skeptic he had a number of repeated psychic and mediumistic experiences which set him questioning, reading and researching. Adopting a scientific criterion, Victor was able to select that information which could withstand and pass the many rigid tests of repeatability and objectivity.

Victor is now a full-time writer and researcher on empirical evidence for the afterlife. His new book, A Lawyer Presents the Evidence for the Afterlife, now a best selling book on Amazon, is widely acclaimed as one of the clearest and most complete reviews of the evidence for the afterlife.

Over the last few decades we put a lot of emphasis on “proving the afterlife.” But what has urgently emerged is the shock realisation that atheists in the United States make up only some 5 percent of the population, whereas those with very powerful traditional beliefs about punishment, judgment and the afterlife who strongly oppose and try to stop our progress make up more than 60 percent. We need to look into this very closely.

We do have highly competent afterlife investigators and other highly qualified researchers who can effectively deal with the open-minded skeptics: the 5 percent. But priority has to be immediately shifted to persuasively show that traditional religious beliefs about judgment, punishment, and the afterlife are fundamentally wrong.

I will show that these days highly credible intelligences directly from the afterlife tell us what really happens when we cross over, traditional punishment does not exist, there is no divine judgment, and the afterlife is totally different from what people have been conditioned to accept for nearly 2,000 years.

I will be discussing very briefly and matching up the evidence from six major areas of modern investigation of what happens when you die in the context of punishment and judgment:

• Near-Death Experiences or NDEs
• Out-of-body journeys
• Mental mediumship
• Between life regressions
• Transmissions from spirit teachers of high degree speaking through mediums, channellers and automatic writers
• Revelations through physical mediumship
• The major part of my speech will focus on information about judgment and punishment given in direct communication with entities who have physically materialised in the Circle of the Silver Cord.

Our perception of the world is by and large determined by our environmental conditioning. Our conditioning is man-made and is subject to fundamental errors. Inevitably, our early conditioning shapes our beliefs. For nearly 2,000 years the West has entrenched in its culture, history and tradition–all of which to-day directly affect our decision making processes especially in punishment, judgment and the afterlife.

Contemporary psychic empirical research in punishment, judgment and the afterlife has produced results which are fundamentally inconsistent with the traditional beliefs in punishment, judgment and the afterlife.
